So, the bathroom... it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... HOWEVER... it, besides from the sink and counter, is not useable! The connection, that we had to solder to put in the pipe to go up to the shower leaks! Not too much, but enough that we need to call a plumber. The problem is, the tile is all in and the access to this particular joint is not so great! Problem #2, the connector between the water pipe from the wall and the hose that goes up to the toilet also leaks. We have tried replacing that hose twice with no luck. I guess while the plumber is here- might as well get our use from him. Needless to say, in the middle of the night we still have to walk downstairs to go to the bathroom and showering is still less than desireable... but did I mention HOW FABULOUS IT LOOKS!

just for a reminder.... sorry, no great before pics... where our red wall is there was the blue wallpaper, where our brown walls are, there was brownish wallpaper with a floral print... the floor was 1" tile for about 2 feet in front of the tub and the rest of the bathroom was blue carpet! check out the old light fixtures!
