23 weeks...

Baby can feel me move and dance and definately enjoys this! He can also sense sounds and becomes comfortable with certain ones to not be bothered by after he is born (ie Ripley barking!) He is almost 12 inches long and weighs just over a pound (a large mango!) The tiny blood vessels in the lungs are now forming, preparing to carry the newly enriched oxygen blood back to the heart! Speaking of the heart... the fetal echo was today and everything looks great!!!! He still has the foci in the heart- although no one is worried about this and it should go away by birth (we do have another ultrasound at 30 weeks so maybe by then!) but YAY the blood flows through his heart the way it's supposed to and there are no extra holes and all parts of the heart look like they should for being all of 23 weeks along!! CELEBRATION!!!!!!
